Business Profile
Your business profile is the foundation of your CliqMenu account. It contains the key details that identify your business and determine how taxes and currency work across your menus and orders.
What's in your business profile
Your profile includes the following information:
- Business Name — the name customers see when they view your menu
- Country — determines your currency and tax settings (see below)
- Phone Number — your business contact number
- Email Address — used for account communications and notifications
- Logo — your business logo, displayed on your menu and QR code pages
- GST Details — your tax registration status and GST number (if applicable)
How to edit your profile
- Log in to your BMS dashboard.
- Click on Business Details in the side menu.
- Update any of the editable fields — business name, phone, email, or logo.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Your updates take effect immediately. Customers viewing your menu will see the new details the next time they load the page.
Upload a clear, high-quality logo. It appears on your digital menu and helps customers recognise your brand. Square images work best.
Country and currency
When you first set up your account, you select your country. This choice determines two important things:
- Currency — all prices on your menu and in your reports are displayed in your local currency
- Australia — AUD ($)
- New Zealand — NZD ($)
- Tax settings — the GST rate applied to your orders is based on your country
Your country cannot be changed after initial setup. If you selected the wrong country, please contact CliqMenu support for assistance.
GST registration
GST registration is optional. Not every business is required to be GST-registered, and CliqMenu works either way.
- If you are GST-registered, enter your GST number in the Business Details section. Your menu prices will be treated as GST-inclusive, and GST breakdowns will appear in your reports.
- If you are not GST-registered, simply leave the GST field empty.

GST rates are set automatically based on your country. You do not need to configure the rate manually — just enter your GST number if you are registered.
Tips for a complete profile
- Fill in all fields to give customers confidence in your business.
- Keep your contact details up to date so customers and CliqMenu support can reach you.
- If your business name or branding changes, update your profile and logo promptly — changes are reflected on your live menu immediately.
