Sign Up & Set Up Your Business

Getting started with CliqMenu takes just a few minutes. You will create an account, verify your email, and fill in your business details. Here is how.

Step 1: Visit CliqMenu and Sign Up

Go to cliqmenu.com and click the Sign Up button. You will be redirected to the BMS portal where you can create your account.

You will need to provide:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address — this will be your login
  • Your phone number
One email, one business

Each email address is linked to a single business account. If you operate multiple businesses, you will need a separate email for each one.

Step 2: Verify Your Email

After submitting the sign-up form, CliqMenu sends a one-time verification code (OTP) to your email address. Enter the code to verify your identity and access your account.

No passwords to remember — every time you log in, you will receive a fresh OTP via email.

Check your spam folder

If you do not see the verification email within a minute, check your spam or junk folder. The email comes from CliqMenu.

Step 3: Complete Your Business Profile

Once you are in, you will land on the BMS dashboard where a welcome guide walks you through setting up your business. The first step is your business profile. Fill in the following:

FieldDetails
Business NameThe name customers will see on your menu
CountryAustralia or New Zealand — this determines your currency, tax settings, and payment options
Business AddressYour primary business address
Contact NumberA phone number customers or staff can reach you on
GST RegistrationWhether your business is registered for GST (affects how tax appears on orders)
Business LogoOptional — upload your logo to personalise your menu and QR code page
Choose your country carefully

Your country selection affects currency, GST rules, and available payment providers. This cannot be changed after setup, so make sure you select the right one.

Step 4: Add Your First Location

After completing your profile, you will be prompted to add a location. This is where your customers will place orders — for example, a food truck spot, a restaurant address, or a shop front.

For each location you can configure:

  • Location name and address
  • Dining methods — such as dine-in, takeaway, or pickup
  • Operating hours — set your schedule so customers know when you are open
  • Payment methods — cash, card, or online payments

You can add more locations later if your business operates from multiple sites.
